Welcome, you are steps away from beholding the Spiral Series. The Series is recorded of each ceremony, so as you are initiated into the spiral, you will be able to realte and hear healing stories from others. You must uphold and honour the practices as sacred for it is ceremonial as well as educational. There are two journeys, one middle earth practice and 2-3 practices to complete before attending the next spiral. You have the course for a years time so please come back to the practice as much as you like.

This series was designed to strengthen our intentions, healing, dreams through the power of community, wherever we are in the world. Running alongside the collective, bringing forth old techniques with a new world as the stars would have it.
We learn to safely traverse the Spirit Worlds, to build ritual and practice ceremonially with a community.
Meet guides along the way who bring you back to your most natural self. Learning to find your way into the other worlds and back. Bringing transformation, healing and wisdom to your life.
We will have occasional guest teacher from the Medicine Circle to teach in their areas of expertise.
-Who the Spiral Series is for-
All are welcome to the Spiral Series who understand and can say yet to the Pillars of this practice. It is very helpful to have some experience crossing veils, weather you are a lucid dreamer, have taken breathwork courses, trained in plant medicines, shamanic trainings, or a journey class. If you are brand new to the work please consider taking the many free intro trainings online ( Sandra Ingerman, Rhonda McCrimmon and many more). Stars to Sea has a more in-depth full intro training online, Fox of the Forest. You may also ask for a one training with Stars to Sea by email (hereandnow.elaine@gmail.com). You can also join if you feel called and learn as you go into the Spiral.
