Heidi Pellman, Vital Resonance- The Wolf Den
Elaine was one of my teachers in core shamanic training in 2022. Since completing the training I have attended several of her workshops and continue to connect with her regarding my shamanic work.
The wisdom and dedication Elaine brings to her work is felt by all that attend her ceremonies and trainings. Her connection with the work is grounded in genuine respect for her teachers in the unseen realms. Elaine has a unique ability to hold sacred space while creating an environment that feels welcoming and alive.
There is room for depth, learning, authentic connection, and laughter! She never loses sight of the importance of the work, but she carries it in a way that feels accessible and deeply human.

A vital aspect of the work is teaching folks how to work with the spirits in a good way. Elaine's teachings emphasize relationship, respect and reciprocity, focussing on and guiding people how to honour the Helping Spirits for all they gift us.
